DateIQ offers a free plan as well as paid subscription tiers with additional features. Charges apply only to paid plans. If you are on the free plan, there is nothing to refund.

How to Request a Refund

Unauthorized Sellers

If you encounter a website or service claiming to sell DateIQ outside of our official channels, it is unauthorized and not affiliated with us. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through third parties.
