Install the extension and try it on your next match.

When you open a match, the sidebar shows an AI Reply button. Click it and DateIQ generates five drafts — each one a different angle on what to say next, all written in your voice. It reads her bio, her photos, and the conversation so far, then writes replies that actually move the thread somewhere.

How it works

  • First messages for matches with thin or empty bios get grounded in their photos so you're not sending the same generic line everyone else does.
  • Mid-thread replies account for stage (opener / building / closing), the last few exchanges, and any signals worth riding (an interesting bid, a question you can flip, a callback opportunity).
  • All five drafts are in different registers — Direct, Playful, Cold Read, etc. — so you can pick the one that fits the moment instead of accepting one generic suggestion.

Drafts inherit your Voice Sliders. If they don't sound like you, the sliders are the place to fix it — not the prompt.

Three ways to send

  1. Copy to clipboard — for when you want to tweak before sending. Most users default to this.
  2. Fill the input — types the draft into Tinder's input box. You hit send yourself.
  3. Full auto-send — sends without a confirm step. Gated behind explicit consent in settings because it removes the "wait, do I actually want to send this?" moment.

The two non-auto modes are recommended for almost everyone. The point of DateIQ is to be a thoughtful co-pilot, not a chatbot pretending to be you.

When to use AI Reply vs the Coach

  • Use AI Reply when you know what you want to say and want a clean version of it, or when you want quick variations to pick from.
  • Use the Coach when you don't know what to say, want to understand why a thread is dying, or want a second opinion before sending something risky.

If you find yourself regenerating drafts over and over trying to find one that lands, that's the Coach's job. It'll tell you why nothing is landing and what to actually do.

Photo-grounded openers

For matches whose bios say nothing, the first-message engine pulls visual context — a specific dog in photo 3, the rock-climbing shot, the obvious-but-rarely-noted detail in the background. The result is openers that earn a reply because they prove you actually looked at her profile.

Here's the kind of opener AI Reply produces for a thin-bio match with a climbing photo on her profile:

Ok the third photo is doing some heavy lifting and I have questions
Lol which one
The one halfway up the wall pretending you're not terrified
I was VERY terrified
Yeah the smile is doing a lot of work there
It's my "please don't let me die" face
Honestly more relatable than any of the "love adventure" bios I've seen this week
God I almost wrote that. You dodged a bullet.

Photo context is cached per match, so follow-up replies, openers, and the Coach all share the same insights without re-running vision and re-billing for it.

A mid-thread reply

When you're already deep in a conversation, AI Reply reads the last few exchanges and writes drafts that ride whatever signal is live. A callback on something she said three messages back is the kind of move it's good at:

Ok but the worst part is my roommate keeps "borrowing" my coffee
That's not borrowing, that's a hostage situation
She brings the mug back though
Empty
EMPTY
This is unforgivable. You need new roommates.
I love her too much to evict her
Ok new plan, you hide the good beans and gaslight her about it
This is genuinely the best advice I've received all week
I'm available for consultation on roommate warfare. First session free.
I might take you up on that
Coffee on me. Obviously not yours.

When AI Reply isn't the right tool

  • The thread needs a date proposal, not another message. Check Next Actions — there's probably a "propose a date" card waiting.
  • She just sent something heavy that deserves a real human reply, not a draft. DateIQ will tell you this directly rather than generate.
  • You're stuck for strategic reasons (is she actually into me? do I close now or wait?). Open the Coach.

Bulk send

For low-touch outreach, the Bulk message action sends personalized templates to multiple matches at once. Useful for clearing dead matches or starting many threads when you have new photos to test. Not a substitute for real replies on threads you care about.
